This will let you know how much you can afford on your new home. Upon receiving a pre-approval, the lender will have checked your credit and verified your documentation in order to approve you for a specific loan amount.
Get a mortgage pre-approval.
Determine what's important to you, such as neighborhood amenities, # of bedrooms/baths, schools, public transportation, walk-ability, mortgage payment, etc. We'll take you around to a number of houses that meet your needs!
Let us find your DREAM HOME!
Upon acceptance, have the property properly inspected by a licensed home engineer. You must hire a RE attorney to review all contracts and agreements in the home buying process. Then, sign your official contract of sale!
Make an offer.
It's time to talk to your lender or mortgage broker to lock in your mortgage. Your lender will order an appraisal of the property to ensure that it is worth its sale price.
Finance your home.
Signing the closing documents legally transfers ownership from the seller, and you become the new owner of the property. It is time to move in and enjoy your new home!
